What you will do

• Lead and oversee the national Value Chain Management function in line with KPIs and business objectives.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance, and processes, including IATF and ISO 14001.
• Manage budgets and resources to support operational and strategic goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans.
• Drive organizational development, succession planning, team performance, and best-practice sharing across sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain or value chain management in an automotive or wiring-harness environment.
• Leadership experience managing multiple teams and organizational units.
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
