Senior Manager, Project Management - Imaging

Location: Remote or office-based in the United States, including Boston, Cary, Chicago, Lexington, Los Angeles, Nashville, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Raleigh, New York, and other listed U.S. locations. Travel required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Provide strategic and tactical direction for assigned Project Managers and Project Assistants.
• Mentor team members, establish objectives, monitor performance, and support career development.
• Manage project workload, resource forecasts, assignments, operational metrics, and team performance reporting.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer and cross-functional issues and lead customer meetings when required.
• Lead process improvement, training, risk assessment, contingency planning, and best-practice initiatives.
• Analyze project and department financial data and implement corrective action plans to support profitability and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive project management experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with standard procedures, company policies, and applicable project processes.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or relevant certification such as PMP.
