QA Inspector II (Bioprocessing)

What you will do

• Perform in-process, finished-goods, final, and visual inspections of products and sub-assemblies.
• Verify components against engineering records, drawings, bills of materials, specifications, purchase orders, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare, print, and verify quality and manufacturing documentation and labels.
• Review manufacturing batch records and Lot History Records for compliance and product release in SAP.
• Identify and communicate nonconformances, initiate NCMRs, and support deviation and corrective-action investigations.
• Train new hires, maintain inspection records, support records retention, and suggest improvements to SOPs and work instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 3–5 years of quality inspection experience.
• Experience working in a controlled quality environment, preferably in a laboratory or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, or equivalent QMS standards.
• Knowledge of AQL inspection plans.
• Ability to work independently after training and communicate effectively across departments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
