QC Inspector - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.

What you will do

• Perform incoming, receiving, final shipping, visual, dimensional, and documentation inspections of finished and semi-finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work instructions, inspection documents, and customer requirements.
• Use hand tools, gauges, optical measuring equipment, and other precision measurement equipment.
• Complete inspection forms, certifications, quality records, and required data reporting.
• Support mold approval activities and audit documents, processes, and products.
• Collaborate with departmental supervisors and workstation personnel while maintaining a safe and orderly work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving fractions and decimals.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions within the role's scope, and maintain careful attention to detail.
• Experience with or ability to use SAP, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, and related computer functions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, reach frequently, perform repetitive grasping movements, and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residence, or qualifying refugee or asylum status.
