Quality Operations Technician (Weeknight Shift - Onsite)

Location: US - Massachusetts; onsite plant/lab work required

Annual base salary: $19.23–$28.85

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, lot qualification, and final products.
• Record inspection results and enter data into Word, Excel, SAP, electronic device history record systems, Oracle Agile, and other systems.
• Generate, review, and maintain quality records, including device history and training records.
• Verify equipment calibration status and use micrometers, calipers, tensile testers, video microscopes, stereoscopes, and optical gauging equipment.
• Support regulatory authority and notified body audits and inspections.
• Identify discrepancies, maintain cleanroom standards, and support production, metrology, microbiology, and other manufacturing functions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Proficient English required for reading documentation, communication, and writing.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment within the medical device industry.
• Basic mathematics skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with measurement instruments, microscopes, stereoscopes, and optical gauging systems.
• Ability to stand for at least 75% of each shift, walk for at least 50%, and lift up to 20 lb occasionally.
