Director, New Restaurant Models - Strategy & Operations (Ecommerce)

Location: New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $197,200–$290,000 USD base salary per year, localized according to employee work location.

What you will do

• Define and scale hirify.global-created exclusive restaurant brands and affordable food concepts.
• Lead the existing DashMart Kitchens business and develop new kitchen and restaurant operating models.
• Build and develop a team capable of scaling proprietary food concepts nationally.
• Own the operating model and results for a 30-kitchen business.
• Set the testing agenda, evaluate experiments, and scale successful approaches.
• Represent Kitchens and New Models across the US Marketplace organization, shaping roadmaps and securing investment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, or general management.
• Experience owning a business line, P&L, or major strategic initiative.
• 7+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or building a team from the ground up.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering results against ambitious goals.
• Ability to align stakeholders from frontline teams to executives and translate ambiguous goals into concrete execution plans.
• Ability to work from one of the listed US locations.
