Content Lead (AI)

Location: New York City, on-site, 5–6 days in person

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s narrative, voice, positioning, and messaging across all communication channels.
• Plan and write product announcements, release notes, and launch campaigns.
• Develop customer stories, case studies, and proof points for sales enablement.
• Create demos, walkthroughs, videos, and guides explaining agent capabilities across email, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Own the website, blog, LinkedIn, and X channels while building audience engagement.
• Partner with sales, product, founders, and go-to-market teams on decks, one-pagers, email sequences, competitive positioning, and content performance measurement.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience writing and shipping content for a B2B or technical product.
• Strong portfolio covering product launches, long-form content, and social media.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and audience adaptation skills.
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand agentic systems and explain them accurately.
• Ability to write credibly for analysts, operators, and executives.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City 5–6 days per week.
