Social Media & Content Lead (AI/Robotics)

What you will do

• Own social media strategy and day-to-day presence across X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Build the audience and establish a consistent voice across AI, robotics, and technology communities.
• Work with researchers and engineers to turn research results, robot demos, technical breakthroughs, and company milestones into social content.
• Plan and execute campaigns for research releases, demos, launches, conferences, and major announcements.
• Create and coordinate copy, video, graphics, and other multimedia content with internal and external partners.
• Track performance, test content formats, and improve the social strategy based on results.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing and growing social media accounts, with measurable audience growth, engagement, or reach.
• Deep understanding of X and LinkedIn and strong instincts for compelling, shareable content.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly.
• Strong visual and multimedia instincts, especially for short-form video and technical demos.
• Proactive approach to identifying stories and content opportunities.
• Ability to work closely with researchers, engineers, executives, and external partners in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing social media for an AI, robotics, developer, or deeply technical company.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML research ecosystem and its online communities.
• Experience building the social presence of an early-stage company, research organization, or technical founder.
• Hands-on experience with video editing, graphic design, or other multimedia production.
