Content Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (In-office 5 days a week)

Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content strategy, including social media (LinkedIn/X), customer case studies, and new formats like newsletters or podcasts.
• Develop content that earns visibility and citations in AI assistants and search engines.
• Build marketing motions from zero to one to support the sales team and generate qualified pipeline.
• Use AI tools to draft, edit, and produce assets including graphics, slides, and landing page copy.
• Interview customers and finance leaders to create high-impact proof points for the industry.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional writing or content marketing experience.
• 2+ years of in-house experience at a company.
• Must be able to work in-person 5 days a week in our Flatiron office.
• Proven ability to build content functions and processes from scratch.
• Strong understanding of SEO and how content earns visibility in AI assistants.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code/Codex) to improve output and efficiency.
