What you will do

• Prepare accurate and timely payroll tax filings across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
• Reconcile payroll tax data with financial records and resolve variances.
• Audit payroll systems, analyze trends, and improve tax reporting data quality.
• Maintain payroll tax configurations, including tax codes and State Unemployment Insurance rates.
• Resolve complex tax inquiries and translate regulatory changes into compliant actions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with payroll tax filings, reconciliation, compliance, and tax reporting.
• Ability to manage confidential data and support audits.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with tax authorities, payroll teams, and HR.
