Finance Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denver, CO, United States; on-site

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 per year plus bonus; Restricted Stock Units included in all offers.

What you will do

• Build processes and procedures for financial governance of deal quoting and approval workflows.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on deal questions, pricing options, and term/prepay tradeoff frameworks.
• Review deals against policy and approve them or route them for additional sign-off.
• Interpret contract language to identify financial, accounting, and operational risks, involving Legal or Pricing when needed.
• Build reporting on discounting trends, deal cycle time, and policy exceptions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for GTM and Finance leadership and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Product Finance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience building and managing programs that support scalable commercial workflows.
• Experience working with sales teams, preferably in an enterprise technology business.
• Ability to read contracts and identify financially significant terms.
• Fluency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM/CPQ tool.
• SQL proficiency, including BigQuery or a similar platform, and sound judgment when escalating deals.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, compute, or another capital-intensive recurring-revenue business.
• Experience building or maintaining a pricing or tradeoff framework.
