What you will do
- Support day-to-day operations for customer returns, RMA credits, RMA PRN resolution, quality feedback systems, warranty repairs, and factory drop-ship billing.
- Conduct root cause investigations and support process improvement initiatives using operational data and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials to support standardization and knowledge management.
