Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager (Scheduler) (Data Centers)

Location: Richmond, Virginia; approximately 4 days per week onsite, subject to client needs

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Manage the full scope of construction projects while supporting components of other projects.
• Lead project schedules, scope, budgets, risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Mentor project teams and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Anticipate risks, resolve complex challenges and conflicts, and conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments.
• Support invoicing, collections, and identification of additional services.

Requirements

• Local support in Richmond, Virginia, with approximately 4 days per week onsite is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction scheduling and a strong understanding of building design and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience scheduling critical environment projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience with ground-up and vertical construction scheduling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
