Training Specialist (Geospatial Imagery Analysis)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; must report physically to the Tampa office. Training is delivered both in person and remotely, with international travel required as needed.

Base pay: $53,000–$113,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and deliver instructor-led training on geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, and best practices.
• Develop product-specific training covering analytical workflows, configuration, and operational use cases.
• Create progressive curricula, presentations, exercises, labs, reference guides, and practical evaluations.
• Tailor training to customer missions, industries, and technical environments while delivering instruction in person and remotely.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams to keep training aligned with product capabilities.
• Collect feedback and improve training programs based on customer outcomes, product changes, and analyst performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in geospatial science, geography, engineering, computer science, intelligence studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering technical, analytical, or professional training.
• Strong understanding of geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, and analytical workflows.
• Hands-on experience with geospatial tools, platforms, or imagery-based analysis solutions.
• Ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts through clear, practical, mission-focused training.
• Must be a U.S. Person and must report physically to the Tampa, Florida office.

Nice to have

• Formal imagery analyst training or prior military, government, or intelligence imagery analysis experience.
• Experience supporting real-world missions or operational customers with imagery-based analysis.
• Experience developing, instructing, mentoring, or evaluating analysts.
• Leadership experience as a non-commissioned or commissioned officer.
• Familiarity with analyst training standards, tradecraft evaluation, and performance assessment.
