Training Consultant - Mining

Location: Tucson, Arizona, United States; full-time onsite five days a week. Up to 50% global travel may include remote mine sites. Domestic relocation is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Design and deliver training modules, courses, and programs focused on MineStar technologies and mining operations.
• Maintain accurate, current training materials aligned with policies, procedures, and customer service processes.
• Assess training needs with business units and dealers and recommend tailored learning solutions.
• Evaluate new training methods, tools, and content for future programs.
• Support quality assessment and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Build customer relationships, monitor satisfaction, and improve training experiences based on feedback.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures, including program execution and management.
• Consulting skills for providing technical and business guidance to internal and external clients.
• Customer-focused service delivery, decision-making, critical thinking, and structured problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to collaborate across hirify.global, dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Tucson five days per week and travel globally up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with MineStar technologies.
• Experience in mining operations or mining engineering.
