What you will do

  • Extract, manage, clean, validate, harmonize, and document analytic datasets.
  • Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods analyses for public health research and program evaluation.
  • Evaluate program implementation, reach, fidelity, dose, adaptation, and outcomes.
  • Support DPRP, ADA/ADCES, APR, performance measurement, and national-level data activities.
  • Prepare technical memoranda, tables, figures, reports, presentations, and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to program administrators, community members, public health organizations, and government representatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, data science, health informatics, or a related field is recommended.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in public health research, evaluation, data analysis, or data management.
  • Knowledge of public health research, evaluation principles, quantitative and qualitative methods, and implementation-related measures.
  • Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative data and linking implementation variables to outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance and complete any applicable government background investigation or security clearance.
