Salary: $69,999.88–$105,124.12 annually

What you will do
- Clean, link, integrate, capture, extract, and analyze data for funded and unfunded research projects.
- Develop and maintain protocols and records for data storage, cleaning, analysis, and security.
- Prepare analyses, tables, figures, reports, and presentations using appropriate study designs and modeling techniques.
- Interpret and communicate results to investigators, clinical staff, administrative staff, and other internal or external clients.
- Identify data and analytical issues and recommend improved methods for data flow, collection, database editing, and processing.
- Assist with manuscripts, abstracts, grant applications, and collaboration with faculty, staff, IT management, and interdisciplinary partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of analytics experience, including report development and database application or management experience.
- Experience in a large medical center or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of data security, ethical, legal, institutional, state, and federal requirements, including institutional review board requirements.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in statistics, epidemiology, computer science, economics, health policy, public health, data science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with hierarchical modeling, survival analysis, weighted analysis, difference-in-difference analysis, or simulation.
