Pharmacist-In-Charge (Healthcare Technology)

Location: On-site at 400 S Woodsmill Rd, Ste 100, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017; Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Oversee pharmacy operations in accordance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
• Manage pharmacy staff involved in data entry, medication verification, and dispensing.
• Achieve pharmacy throughput and quality targets through audits, accuracy checks, and regulatory review support.
• Monitor quality improvement, quality assurance, patient confidentiality, and secure document destruction processes.
• Coordinate with training, compliance, legal, management, and other pharmacy teams.
• Respond to requests from State Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
• At least one year of Pharmacist-In-Charge experience for external candidates.
• Willingness and ability to obtain additional pharmacist licenses in other states as required.
• Strong command of English, communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
