Senior Associate, Nexus, Investor Delivery - Private Equity

Salary: CAD 63,750–93,500 yearly

What you will do

• Support quality control reviews for daily investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash deliverables.
• Act as a main contact for client inquiries and daily deliverables, meeting service-level agreements and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Prepare ad hoc deliverables defined in service-level agreements.
• Respond to client, investor, fund manager, and internal department queries while supporting colleagues with high-quality responses.
• Guide team members through daily tasks, processes, and deliverables.
• Support department initiatives, projects, risk mitigation, and team check-ins.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionality is an asset.
• Existing client or customer service experience is preferred.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel proficiency is an asset.
• University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an asset.
