Sr Regional Branch Manager - Canada

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid with 50% travel to branch locations throughout Canada.

Salary: CAD 82,000–92,000 annually.

What you will do

• Travel to branch locations throughout Canada and conduct supervisory reviews.
• Prepare timely reports and updates for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional Branch Managers to identify training needs and deliver training to Approved Persons.
• Supervise Approved Person sales transactions and provide enhanced supervision where required.
• Interact with clients in a licensed capacity to facilitate transactions when an Approved Person is unavailable.
• Provide regulatory guidance, compliance support, and assistance with department projects.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Two years of compliance or supervision experience with a CIRO-registered dealer or related financial services experience.
• Experience conducting supervision reviews or audits for financial industry firms, with sound judgment in complex situations.
• Ability to travel daily and for extended periods to branch locations throughout Canada.
• Mutual fund or securities licensing with Branch Manager proficiency; required Ontario licenses must be held or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Life License Qualification Program completion and a Life Insurance License, or the ability to obtain them within 12 months of hire; valid driver’s license required.
