Prospectus Operations Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 111,000–129,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage offering document processes for mutual funds, ETFs, institutional products, private funds, and public investment funds.
• Draft offering documents, create filing timetables, coordinate business-unit inputs, and manage renewal and amendment workflows.
• Coordinate lawyers, legal translators, internal stakeholders, external providers, board operations, and the board of directors.
• Oversee ETF listing applications, ticker reservations, CUSIP administration, tax and auditor reviews, and comment-letter responses.
• Prepare board materials and maintain material contracts, dealer agreements, designated broker agreements, and offering document records.
• Support marketing material reviews, MRFP reviews, corporate actions, fund investment document execution, and institutional compliance certificate reviews.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in Canada.
• At least 3 years of experience with retail or institutional fund and account offering disclosures, or project management experience combined with at least 3 years of legal experience at a large financial institution or law firm.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Workshare Compare.
