Universal Banker - Secondment

Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada; onsite full-time at 104 Riverstone Ridge. The role may require working at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Provide guidance on technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License, such as the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and commitment to trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to complete attribute-based assessments and other skills tests if requested.
