Digital Dentistry Leader

Location: Remote within the United States; 20% domestic and international travel required. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Compensation: $187,600–$257,950 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global digital dentistry strategy and vision across the Dental Solutions business.
• Own the Clarity Portal strategy and multi-year roadmap, evolving it into a differentiated digital ecosystem.
• Translate clinician needs, treatment workflows, customer insights, and market opportunities into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Align Product Management, Product Owners, Architecture, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and regional teams around shared outcomes.
• Build strategic partnerships and engage clinicians, key opinion leaders, customers, and technology experts to validate product direction.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers while promoting evidence-based prioritization and Agile product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in digital product management, platform strategy, portfolio management, digital health, MedTech, or healthcare technology.
• Experience translating customer or clinical needs into digital product requirements and solutions.
• Experience in dental, orthodontics, digital dentistry, or related healthcare technology is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of dental or orthodontic clinical workflows and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management, strategic decision-making, and experience developing Product Managers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience building technology partnerships and connected ecosystems.
• Experience managing portfolios across multiple customer segments or markets.
• Experience with Lean portfolio practices, Scrum, Kanban, or flow-based delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience operating in a complex global environment.
