Healthcare Recruiter – U.S. Provider Recruitment (Remote, Philippines)

Location: Remote – Philippines; the description also states that the role is ideally based in Europe. Full-time availability aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, 8 AM–5 PM EST, is required.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and operational teams, from sourcing through offer.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define business needs and hiring priorities.
• Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards in the U.S. healthcare market.
• Build talent pipelines, maintain ATS data and job postings, and track recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding and deliver a professional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience with U.S.-based businesses.
• Expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Perfect written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours is required.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations.
• Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with DEA and medical licensure processes across multiple states.
