Senior Project Manager (Marketing)

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere

Salary: $1,000–$1,500 per month

What you will do

• Manage administrative tasks, scheduling, files, reports, documents, decks, and presentations.
• Coordinate multiple projects across creative, strategy, performance, and account management teams.
• Track timelines, workflows, resources, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs to support on-time campaign delivery.
• Onboard clients and ensure contracts and statements of work are processed promptly.
• Communicate project updates, provide client support, and act as a key point of contact for inquiries and feedback.
• Identify project risks, coordinate mitigation efforts, and help improve service delivery and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and cross-functional work.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana or Monday.com and G-Suite.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Proactive approach, creative problem-solving skills, and experience delivering client service.
