Chief Financial Officer (GPU-as-a-Service)

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, annual planning, long-range forecasting, and scenario analysis for the GPU-as-a-Service business.
• Develop capital strategies for GPU fleet expansion, infrastructure investment, capacity planning, and capital efficiency.
• Evaluate GPU utilization, fleet economics, depreciation, CapEx versus OpEx, and return on invested capital.
• Partner with product and go-to-market leaders on pricing models, customer economics, and strategic commercial negotiations.
• Lead FP&A, reporting, KPI dashboards, business reviews, and performance updates for executives, the Board, and investors.
• Build and lead the finance organization while supporting strategic partnerships with GPU, silicon, cloud, and infrastructure providers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of executive finance leadership experience in high-growth technology, cloud, AI infrastructure, or capital-intensive businesses.
• Expertise in capital allocation, financial planning, infrastructure economics, pricing strategy, and business performance management.
• Experience evaluating data center economics and large-scale capital investments, including build-versus-lease decisions, depreciation, and return thresholds.
• Experience supporting strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, large-scale investments, and corporate development initiatives.
• Experience as a CFO or senior finance executive at a GPU cloud, neocloud, or infrastructure-as-a-service provider is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
