hirify.global is a Series C AI company building an enterprise platform that combines generative AI, human-in-the-loop workflows, and an Enterprise Skill Graph for multilingual content and business operations.

What you will do

• Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for sales pipeline analysis, customer intelligence, knowledge management, operational reporting, and executive decision support.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG pipelines.
• Build and maintain AI agents combining semantic and keyword search across knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data.
• Manage AI service infrastructure with support from DevOps.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions and drive projects end to end.

Requirements

• Track record of curiosity-driven learning in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar, including practical vibe coding experience.
• Basic Python coding skills or demonstrated ability to learn technical skills quickly.
• Comfort with the command line, basic Linux administration, and AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to drive projects end to end in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• English and Russian proficiency required.

• Experience building internal AI tools or agents for knowledge search, reporting, pipeline analysis, or decision support.
