What you will do

• Develop GenAI workflows that analyze and transform legacy code into modern implementations.
• Create prompting frameworks to extract business logic and technical patterns from legacy systems.
• Implement language-specific parsers and analyzers for legacy technologies.
• Build systems that decompose complex legacy patterns into equivalent modern implementations.
• Design verification frameworks for functional equivalence and feedback loops that improve transformation accuracy.
• Collaborate with global teams on complementary agentic solutions and modernization systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience building, orchestrating, and productionizing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience with ML model integration, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, cloud environments, Azure infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with React.
• Experience with issue-tracking systems such as JIRA.
