AI Agent Solution Architect

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work arrangement. A valid working visa for Bulgaria is required.

What you will do

• Lead the technical architecture, governance, and delivery approach for enterprise AI agent solutions.
• Select platforms for enterprise AI use cases across Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform, automation, and search.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify, challenge, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities.
• Define security, identity, data protection, integration, environment, and cost models.
• Design evaluation frameworks, threat-modeling approaches, and governance guardrails for AI deployments.
• Oversee deployments across development, test, and production environments; mentor engineers and create reusable architectures and delivery assets.

Requirements

• Experience designing solution architectures on the Microsoft technology stack with production AI, conversational AI, or agent-based solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Power Platform solution design.
• Practical experience applying Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework principles in customer engagements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, least-privilege design, and Zero Trust security practices.
• Experience with integration architecture, REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure-based AI workloads, cost management, and reviewing Python or C# code.
• Fluent or professional English is required. Ability to lead customer workshops and guide scope, estimation, and governance discussions.
