Director, Value Stream Leader, Spine Digital, MIS and Biomaterials (MedTech)

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States, or Zuchwil, Switzerland. Up to 25% domestic and international travel is required.

Salary: $150,000–$258,750 per year, plus eligibility for retirement, savings, long-term incentive, and leave benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution for Spine Biomaterials & Biologics, MIS & Degen, and Enabling Tech business streams.
• Develop and deploy supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives and manage tradeoffs across stakeholders.
• Own a portfolio of projects covering reliability, capacity, new product introduction, profitability, compliance, and supply chain digitalization.
• Set performance targets and align metrics across internal and external manufacturing operations.
• Drive improvements in cost, customer service, product quality, cash flow, and capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders while managing supply risk and supporting organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership, including 5+ years in people leadership.
• Deep expertise in Value Stream Management, end-to-end supply chain processes, operational excellence, financial management, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience leading global, multicultural teams and working in a regulated environment such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English is required; additional languages are preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with spine or orthopaedic medical device portfolios and global supply chain networks.
• Experience with product innovation, planning, logistics, manufacturing, master production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Experience with regulatory, quality, compliance, mergers, separations, or major organizational transformations.
• APICS/CSCP, CPIM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
