US Power Tools Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at preferred US sites in Raritan or Titusville, New Jersey; Raynham, Massachusetts; Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; or West Chester, Pennsylvania. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Serve as a finance business partner to the US Power Tools Commercial team.
• Lead revenue and expense forecasting cycles while evaluating risks, market drivers, and business opportunities.
• Analyze business results and financial drivers, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders.
• Partner with selling, demand planning, marketing, pricing, and other cross-functional teams to improve business decisions and results.
• Deliver sales reporting, price/volume/mix analysis, revenue SOX compliance, month-end and quarter-close activities, BVA support, and gross profit analysis.
• Evaluate financial scenarios and business impacts with global marketing while supporting operational improvements and system transition projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred.
• At least three years of finance, business, or related leadership experience required.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use data to influence executive decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, and external customers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at one of the specified US sites and travel domestically up to 10%.

Nice to have

• CPA, MBA, CMA, or another related certification.
