What you will do

• Conduct follow-up calls with physicians, healthcare professionals, and consumers to obtain information on death-unexplained cases and other events of interest.
• Apply medical judgment to review case queries, determine follow-up actions, and clarify relevant medical and safety information.
• Manage safety vigilance information received from healthcare professionals, consumers, business partners, and other sources.
• Document follow-up contacts and medical information in designated safety systems and according to established processes.
• Support new process implementation, maintain monthly follow-up volumes, and monitor quality metrics and KPIs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during internal and partner audits and health authority inspections.

Requirements

• Licensed nurse or pharmacist.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to discuss and interpret medical information, with strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with safety databases and internal or client applications.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
