Location: On-site in Lynnwood, Washington, United States. The role may involve domestic and international travel of up to 10% and may require access to controlled data restricted to US persons under ITAR.
Salary: $95,531–$111,368 annual USD.

What you will do
- Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated test equipment for aerospace and electronic products.
- Design hardware and software for automated test systems, including data acquisition systems using LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar platforms.
- Generate test procedures, specifications, test limits, design margins, schematics, wiring documentation, and configuration-controlled software documentation.
- Analyze test data, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support product development, sustaining engineering, and R&D.
- Plan and manage test engineering activities, schedules, budgets, and capital projects valued up to $500,000.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and business functions while directing technicians and other technical personnel.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience and a BA or BS degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience with analog and digital circuit design, microprocessor or microcontroller design, automated test systems, and data acquisition programming.
- Experience with software development and verification, requirements analysis, test procedure development, and configuration management in a regulated environment.
- Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar system-design platforms, as well as SPICE, CAD, schematic design, and PWB layout.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, failure analysis, engineering schematics, and communication interfaces such as ARINC429, CAN, RS232, and I2C.
- Proficient verbal and written English is required. Access to controlled data may be restricted to US persons under ITAR.
Nice to have
- Experience in a regulated, fast-paced, or manufacturing environment.
- Master’s or PhD degree in an engineering discipline.
- National Instruments LabVIEW certification or experience with the ALOHA Application Framework.
