Digital Marketing Manager (SEO/SEM)

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota preferred, or West Des Moines, Iowa

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, with geographic adjustments where applicable.

What you will do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, business growth, and profitable premium.
• Manage and optimize the website, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and other digital channels.
• Create and oversee digital content, campaigns, and customer journeys that improve engagement and generate leads.
• Monitor marketing performance through data, insights, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead digital marketing projects as a subject matter expert and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and technology partners.
• Direct social media planning, publishing, audience engagement, and paid and organic promotional activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• At least six years of digital marketing experience managing multiple platforms and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, WordPress, and Microsoft products for templated content creation.
• Experience in crop insurance, agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
