PCB Client Support Specialist I - RJ Bank (Retail Lending)

What you will do

• Support internal and external clients with private client loan inquiries and issues by phone and email.
• Assist with payment requests submitted by clients and Financial Advisors.
• Analyze the feasibility of client collateral release requests.
• Perform retail loan maintenance, monitoring, and other loan servicing activities.
• Follow firm and regulatory policies to mitigate credit, operational, regulatory, and reputational risk.

Requirements

• 4–6 months of general work experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of multi-state retail loan servicing practices.
• Ability to enter transactions into automated accounting systems and investigate account balance discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States.
