Investor Services Representative II and III (Financial Services)

Location: Remote - Florida, US; hybrid and remote positions available in various US states

Salary: $17-$23 USD/hour in New Jersey; state-specific hourly ranges also apply in Colorado, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.

What you will do

• Respond to shareholder, broker, and dealer inquiries through an inbound call center.
• Resolve operational issues accurately while maintaining a high-quality customer service experience.
• Support client onboarding, training, and change-related activities.
• Mentor and train new employees.
• Monitor service levels, prepare reports, and maintain documentation, compliance, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in retail, banking, or financial services.
• College degree preferred, or relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding and navigation across multiple computer systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and work from an applicable US state.
