Client Experience Associate (Banking)

What you will do

• Deliver customer service and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers about financial transaction options, banking products, technology, and available resources.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through meaningful conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage with customers in the branch lobby and support service-to-sales conversations.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and support customer loyalty.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following policies and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma, GED, or comparable education and experience may be considered; no college degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience principles.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify customer needs, leverage technology, detect and prevent fraud, and manage risk.
• Must work in-office at the Peachtree Corners branch; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
