Channel Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; approximately 40% travel across North America for partner meetings, training events, customer engagements, and industry conferences.

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 base salary with a 70% base / 30% variable mix. OTE: $215,000–$230,000. Equity and commission offered.

What you will do

• Deliver technical training, onboarding, workshops, lunch-and-learns, and certification programs for partner sales engineers and technical teams.
• Create scalable enablement materials, playbooks, certification programs, demo environments, and partner-portal resources.
• Build trusted relationships with partner engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers as the primary technical advisor for assigned channel partners.
• Support partner-led opportunities through discovery, solution design, architecture discussions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Solutions Engineering to provide market feedback and shape channel engineering strategy.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in physical security, video surveillance, cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or infrastructure technology.
• Familiarity with AI, computer vision, analytics, or video management platforms.
• Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, resellers, or indirect sales motions.
• Strong networking and IP infrastructure fundamentals, plus excellent presentation, communication, sales, and technical storytelling skills.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel approximately 40% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting national partners such as CDW, SHI, Insight, Presidio, WWT, or similar organizations.
• Experience building partner certification or enablement programs.
• Security or AI experience in a startup or high-growth company.

Hiring process

• 30-minute conversation with the Talent Team, followed by an interview with the Global Head of Solutions Engineering.
• 45-minute technical panel and take-home assignment.
• 45-minute presentation of a partner enablement exercise, followed by a 30-minute HR conversation.
