Finance Leadership Development Program

Location: Hybrid, based in North Andover, MA, with office work required three days per week in North Andover, MA or Franklin, NH. Remote work is available two days per week. Relocation is required between North Andover, MA and Franklin, NH for the 12-month Operations Finance rotation.

Salary: $66,000–$75,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Complete two 12-month rotations across Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Internal Audit, and Americas FP&A.
• Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, compliance, risks, and remediation activities through testing, walkthroughs, documentation reviews, and interviews.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close, journal entries, management reporting, forecasts, annual operating plans, and strategic planning.
• Analyze performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted, and strategic results to support business decisions.
• Analyze labor, materials, overhead, production performance, inventory, capital investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, operations, supply chain, and corporate partners on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another analytical field.
• Graduation date of May 2027.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and statements, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Ability to understand or learn HFM, ERP, Cognos/BI, and Copilot.
• Must establish employment eligibility and successfully complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
