Jr. Account Strategist (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day communication, expectations, and relationships for a portfolio of law firm clients.
• Coordinate creative, development, SEO, and paid media teams to scope, assign, and complete client deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, document notes, track action items, and follow up on commitments.
• Monitor campaign and project performance and flag issues before they affect clients.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Own smaller accounts independently and support senior strategists on larger accounts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related role; agency experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional approach to client interactions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities.
• Collaborative approach with the judgment to escalate issues when needed.
• Curiosity about digital marketing and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SEO, paid media, or social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Business Profile.
• Experience with Asana, Monday, Notion, CRM, or client reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services.
