Account Manager / Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Support Service Managers with client account management, project updates, meeting preparation, and status tracking.
• Coordinate client and internal meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, notes, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Create, assign, update, and monitor tasks, deadlines, instructions, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams on requests, access, content, approvals, tasks, and outstanding deliverables.
• Identify overdue or at-risk tasks, bottlenecks, and potential delays, then communicate issues proactively.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate work across SEO, web development, content, paid advertising, design, and other teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, project management, customer success, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, competing deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
• Experience with project management and communication tools, task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, identify potential problems early, and communicate professionally and confidently.
• Must be based in the Philippines; remote work is offered.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile, website development, content marketing, Google Ads, PPC, social media, email marketing, analytics, reporting, or conversion rate optimization.
