Senior Systems Engineer, Productivity Engineering (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington or San Francisco, California; support is provided from a US hub.

Annual base salary: $117,000–$161,000 for specified locations; an additional range of $104,000–$143,000 is listed.

What you will do

• Administer and optimize Google Workspace, Gemini, Slack, Asana, Smartsheet, and other enterprise SaaS applications.
• Deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and govern enterprise AI tools, with a focus on Gemini.
• Define standards for permissions, security, data governance, and least-privilege access.
• Automate administrative workflows and migrations using APIs, Apps Script, Python, Bash, and related tooling.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support in a 24/7 global environment and deliver technical training and documentation.
• Manage the global macOS and iOS fleet with Jamf Pro while contributing to Windows and Linux endpoint management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related professional experience, including enterprise-scale endpoint or systems engineering.
• Deep experience with Google Workspace administration, including DNS, mail routing, Vault, and DLP.
• Experience managing Gemini or other AI-enabled productivity tools in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture, API integrations, RBAC, MDM, endpoint security, and platform hardening.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation with Python, Bash, Apps Script, Go, or Swift; experience with Jamf Pro and tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, Munki, or Santa.
• Must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status at hire, such as U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylee status.
