hirify.global is creating an AI R&D capability within IT Corporate Functions to develop reusable AI solutions for business process automation and digital transformation across the Group.

What you will do

• Research and evaluate emerging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
• Design, develop, and validate AI prototypes, proofs of concept, and minimum viable products.
• Build intelligent automation solutions using structured and unstructured data.
• Develop capabilities in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
• Contribute to future-state AI architecture, integration patterns, technology roadmaps, and reusable accelerators.
• Assess model performance, explainability, scalability, and operational readiness while documenting recommendations and demonstrations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience delivering AI proofs of concept, prototypes, or R&D initiatives.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and governance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
