Site Supervisor

Location: Kuna, Idaho, United States. Full-time, onsite position. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage may be required. Some travel may be required.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for company and temporary employees assigned to the program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, interview, evaluate, and direct employees in work tasks, policies, and safety procedures.
• Perform quality, service, sanitation, OSHA, and workplace safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, repairs, supplies, attendance, training, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and communicate personnel or customer issues to management.
• Correct at-risk behavior, recommend corrective actions, and ensure employees use personal protective equipment properly.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and to write routine reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, coaching, problem-solving, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required; ability to use forklifts and pallet jacks is beneficial.

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
