Analyst Relations Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, US; hybrid work is available for candidates living near Keeper's global headquarters in Chicago.

What you will do

• Own the operational execution of the analyst relations program, including timelines, workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and MarketScape from questionnaires through final submissions.
• Coordinate product, engineering, marketing, PR, and leadership stakeholders to deliver accurate inputs on schedule.
• Maintain analyst calendars, briefing schedules, check-ins, and long-range coverage planning.
• Prepare analyst briefings, coordinate participants, track follow-ups, and synthesize feedback, market observations, and competitive insights.
• Manage analyst relations tools, databases, report libraries, licensing access, metrics, and alignment with peer-validation platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analyst relations support, research coordination, project or program management, product marketing, or a related role.
• Clear understanding of the identity security industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn technical products and market concepts quickly with support from internal subject-matter experts.
• Comfort managing tools, calendars, documentation, and structured processes.

• Experience working with analyst firms, research processes, or evaluation cycles.
