Collateral Analyst Senior (Business Credit)

Location: Remote within hirify.global's footprint, with the home location listed as Texas; occasional in-office participation may be required

Base salary: $41,250–$82,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Review and analyze borrower-supplied reports, field examinations, loan documentation, and financial statements.
• Perform collateral reconciliations and analyze complex transactions under established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate documents, communications, and action items with internal and external business partners.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate exceptions while supporting assigned accounts or portfolios.
• Research inquiries and ad hoc requests, provide documentation, and give feedback on workflow and received work.
• Support training and onboarding for new employees and junior team members.

Requirements

• At least two years of direct collateral analysis or related work experience; roles at this level typically require 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to review loan documentation and familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable aging concepts preferred.
• Effective verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business partners.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of business administration, corporate finance, investment management, legal operations, real estate, or trading strategies.
