Seasoner 1st Shift

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Salary: $20.45 per hour

What you will do

• Operate seasoning systems and maintain correct seasoning levels and product flow.
• Monitor product quality, perform drop tests, adjust settings, and complete production documentation.
• Set up, troubleshoot, calibrate, clean, and perform minor maintenance on seasoning equipment.
• Perform line changeovers, sanitation, allergen and Kosher cleaning, and scale and drum sanitation.
• Retrieve production materials and operate case erectors.
• Support seasoning trials and new product testing while coordinating with Packaging, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, R&D, and Operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of manufacturing or production experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and capacity to make minor equipment adjustments.
• Accurate production and quality documentation, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work the stated shift and overtime as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with seasoning, packaging, or food manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with calibration, preventive maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergen controls, and sanitation processes.
• Experience supporting new product testing or manufacturing trials.
• Familiarity with automated production systems and operator interface panels.
