Senior Manager, Global Transportation Process & Transformation

Location: Hybrid role based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States; up to 20% travel may be required.

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve global transportation processes, standards, operating models, governance, controls, and performance expectations.
• Lead deployment and stabilization of global transportation transformation initiatives, including the Global Transportation Control Tower.
• Integrate processes, technology, data, change management, site readiness, and external-provider activities.
• Partner with 3PL and 4PL providers, transportation technology partners, and strategic suppliers to improve capabilities and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, structured problem-solving, and future transportation transformation.
• Lead transportation subject-matter experts and coordinate matrix resources across Transportation, Technology, Data, Procurement, regional teams, sites, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading complex global transformation, process deployment, or operating-model initiatives across multiple functions and regions.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and 3PL/4PL or transportation service-provider operating models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable processes, governance, and operational capabilities.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous-improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems, digital transportation capabilities, data governance, and system/process integration.
• Experience governing strategic logistics providers and global Control Tower or similar transportation operating models.
• Lean, Six Sigma, project-management, or change-management certification.
• Experience in a regulated global healthcare, manufacturing, or similarly complex environment.
