Salary: $45,000.00–$55,550.50 annually; proposed minimum salary of $3,750.00 monthly

Texas A&M University’s Office of Admissions supports freshman, transfer, graduate, international, and other applicants, while coordinating recruitment and campus visit programs.

What you will do

  • Provide lead administrative support for the Aggieland Prospective Student Center and coordinate office activities, procedures, schedules, and programs.
  • Plan logistics for student meetings, freshman admission sessions, workshops, recruiting events, and on-campus presentations.
  • Manage the front counter, registration, supplies, invoices, purchasing requests, budgets, and program expenditures.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, project summaries, records, procedure documentation, publications, and statistical materials.
  • Coordinate staff travel, itineraries, reimbursements, university vehicles, travel credit cards, and related documentation.
  • Support the Assistant Director of Admissions, committee meetings, new-hire visits, administrative staff training, and PTA credential processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of office administration experience.
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate, plan, organize, and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
  • Ability to work on campus in College Station, Texas.
