Product Manager, Global Credit Portfolio Management

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the technology strategy, product vision, and roadmap for the Global Credit Portfolio Management domain.
• Translate business priorities across Private Credit, Asset Backed Financing, Real Assets, and Cross-Platform funds into actionable initiatives.
• Lead agile delivery teams, oversee requirements and end-to-end product delivery, and balance transformation projects with production needs.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Fund Management, Operations, Compliance, Enterprise Data, and adjacent product teams.
• Manage vendors, conduct buy-versus-build assessments, and provide technology and delivery oversight.
• Measure adoption and business impact while driving process improvement, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; accounting, finance, or a relevant business concentration strongly preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis within financial services.
• Expertise in Private Credit, including Direct Lending and Opportunistic Credit, as well as ABF, Real Assets, and Cross-Platform funds.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing vendors and technology teams, and documenting requirements and business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, consensus-building, product vision, and prioritization skills; working knowledge of JIRA required.
